4 Weeks of fun! Summer Art Camp at The Factory! ☀️

Heeeeere we go! “Factory Summer Art Camp” registration is open! ☀️ Are your young artists ready for four weeks of creative adventures? 🌈 Join us this summer for themed weeks full of hands-on activities, where imagination knows no limits!

🌟 Weekly Themes:

🦸‍♂️ Week 1 July 14th - 18th: Heroes and Villains (Unleash your inner superhero or create the ultimate villain)

🌳 Week 2 July 21st - 25th: Nature and Adventure (Explore the great outdoors through vibrant art & local outdoor experiences)

🎶 Week 3 Aug 5th - 8th: Retro Fun (Bold colors, neon vibes, and a nostalgic trip to the ’80s & ’90s!) *** stat holiday - $250 for these 4 days ***

💥 Week 4 Aug 18th - 22nd: Imagination Explosion (Anything goes! Let your creativity run wild!)

📅 Dates: July 14-18 & 21-25 + Aug 5-8 & 18-22

What’s happening each week?

Week 1: Heroes and Villains 

• Create cartoon characters inspired by the dynamic between heroes and villains.

• Teach kids Character design with backstories and unique powers.

• Activities: mural painting with a group “super team” design, character creation, and comic strip storytelling.

Week 2: Nature and Adventure

• Focus on outdoor-inspired art featuring landscapes, animals, and downtown ptbo adventures.

• Explore landscape & city murals on large canvas

• Activities: creating animal-inspired characters, and collaborative outdoor art sessions.

Week 3: Retro Fun

• Dive into retro aesthetics with themes from the ’80s and ’90s.

• Highlight bold patterns, neon colors, and nostalgic pop culture references.

• Activities: creating retro posters, character mash-ups, and learning paint marker techniques.

Week 4: Imagination Explosion

• Let the kids’ imaginations run wild with no boundaries on creativity.

• Encourage blending styles, experimenting with abstract forms, & designing their dream murals.

• Activities: collaborative free-form mural painting, creating unique “impossible” creatures, and abstract art challenges.
